S3 Ep. 47 – Church Pt.3 - Sacrifice

What is the purpose of church? Well, one of them is to worship and communicate with God. How do we communicate with God? Well, it is different today than it was in the Old Testament.

Everyone sins, and sin separates us from the perfectly Holy God. The only way to fix that is to pay the penalty for sin and get forgiveness. Back then, the only way to get forgiveness was to make a sacrifice to God.

This episode explains a little bit about that system of sacrifices that basically made you eligible to communicate with God.
