DePauw University recaptured the Monon Bell for the first time in seven years with a field goal as time expired in one of the storied rivalry's most breathtaking finishes. The final score was 23-20. The crowd stormed the field after Fred Williams, a fullback, connected from 18 yards out on his first career field goal try as time expired. 'Monon Memories' were created by DePauw's Ken Owen.
