I've Been "Fasting Like a Girl" Part 1

Fasting has been the next level that I needed for my wellness journey. I'm amazed by how quickly my body responded to fasting.

I'm off of the thyroid medication I was taking for years, dropped 15 pounds, and I'm maintaining the new weight. The results from the Heart Sound recorder at The Karlfeldt Center show the miraculous healing our bodies are created to do when given the chance.
