I highly recommend NiteRider bicycle lights in the shown model body style.
The lights are quality, durable, bright, repairable, and have a reasonable warranty. I DO NOT recommend there cheap models with an elastic strap to secure the light on the handlebar because the elastic wears out and will move the light. But if thats all you can afford I understand. The lumen (symbol: lm) is the unit of luminous flux, a measure of the perceived power of visible light emitted by a source, in the International System of Units (SI). Lamens term the amount of brightness.
