Cloud cover prevented most of Northeast Wisconsin from reaching into the 90s this afternoon but I don't think many people are complaining, especially since you will save on your electrical bill. Skies did clear out this afternoon which did spark off a few additional showers and thunderstorms over our western viewing area. Hail and gusty winds were the primary threats.
