Mom With Kids in Car Can Barely Talk But Thinks She’s Ok To Drive

On February 4th, 2023, officers were dispatched in response to a battery report. Dispatch advised that a woman seeking help had entered the victim’s house because her car had broken down. She also had two children with her. The woman continued to be difficult. Her answers made the officers suspect she was intoxicated. She began behaving in a strange manner. The officers had no choice but to arrest the woman. The woman was charged with driving with a suspended license, resisting arrest and battery upon a peace officer.
