71-year-old man was involved in a traffic accident the Oklahoma City Police Department released body camera footage on Friday. The video shows a police officer trying to issue the man a citation for an improper U-turn, but he would not accept it. This caused an argument, as the man explained why he felt he shouldn't receive a citation.
