EP23 Shawn Livingston is redemption

Life puts you in amazing situations. I met Shawn through social media recently. It didn't take long to realize than he is an amazing human. He is a former combat veteran, public speaker, podcaster, ultramarathon runner, recovering addict, subject of a documentary and so much more. In our few conversations it was easy to tell that this man has a mission and is taking no prisoners. We quickly decided to do a collaboration in order to get the message out. No-one is alone and if you want it bad enough you can live free and happy! In this episode we discuss Shawn's path to redemption and how it his changed his life.
