Stingray Washes Ashore in New York

Info from Licensor: "My husband and daughter were swimming in the East Atlantic Beach ocean when I see two fins popping out of the water. We witnessed a stingray swim onto the shore and then make it back out to the ocean. It was a very cool experience."
