On the 37th day of the trial against Dr. Reiner Füllmich, events unfolded rapidly. While this trial is drawing to a close, proceedings that had already been discontinued by the fifth chamber were opened on further allegations of fraud following a complaint by the public prosecutor. Today, too, all motions for evidence were rejected, including the demand to cancel the self-reading procedure and read everything out in the courtroom again. Attorney Siemund made up for the shortcoming of the self-reading procedure in his plea, at least for that day, by reading out the rejected motions for evidence for that day. Another human rights organization on site was United for Freedom, which is also observing the trial against Dr. Walter Weber.
