The Crossroad is Here! Choose Faith over Fear!

This week, Shannon M. Gross shares a dream and along with two powerful revelations she received in a time of deep despair in Part 2 ‘Protect Your Heart’ of the series “The Heart of the Matter.” In last week’s powerful message, God revealed His heart for His people and His overwhelming love that underscores everything He does comes from a place of all-encompassing love for His people.

In today’s video, Shannon reveals a time she sought encouragement from the Lord by diving into the word of the bible, and meditating on the insight the study bible provided, only to find herself deeper in despair. When she brought it to the Holy Spirit, she learned a valuable lesson: that Christ meets you right where you are, when you reach out for Him, and He responds right away. He is an individual God and provides comfort and peace in the exact way each person requires in their time of need. Whether something happens on a large scale and affects the world, or if unforeseen circumstances happen at an individual level, Jesus is available, waiting to respond to our cry. It’s a valuable reminder that no matter what we see or hear in the coming days, if we stay in the Lord’s presence, we will have peace.

For this to happen, the dream details our hearts should be positioned to allow the Holy Spirit to lead us into the future God wants to take us. Before anything happens, now is the time to choose faith over fear. And once we get our house in order—putting Christ at the foundation—we will have peace of mind no matter what happens. We will trust Him fully and completely and lean on Him not just in the coming days, but beyond. As we see Him working on our behalf, our faith will soar and we will continue to keep Christ at the core, knowing He is with us and works for us.

Even in your most distraught of times, when you come into the presence of the Lord, God will remove your tears and leave you with peace and perseverance. This is released in a powerful word provided to Shannon through a vision, but the revelation of Christ’s heart is clear for all His children to understand and is sure to encourage and uplift even the most hopeless and depressed soul. If God is for you, who can be against you? Everything He does is for the good of His people, and He spends every moment working for their benefit.
