The woman was finally able to get her ex on the phone, which helped the officers locate her vehicle—surprisingly, it was not where they had initially thought. The police issued a felony alert on the suspect’s car, and it was soon located in the parking lot of a laundromat. There was another female with the mother’s ex but she only knew that both of them had gotten into an argument earlier. She along with the ex were taken to the police station for further investigation. The woman was charged with kidnapping and she was held at a correctional center waiting for her bond to be prepared.
