A Burst of Flavor, Gone in a Flash: Sichuan Spicy Wontons 🥟🔥

These wontons are packed with flavor and perfect for a quick, delicious bite!

Ingredients:

20 wonton wrappers
1/2 lb (225g) ground pork
2 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Spicy Sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili oil (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal tightly.
Boil water in a pot, then cook wontons for 3-4 minutes until they float.
In a separate bowl, mix all sauce ingredients.
Toss cooked wontons in the spicy sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
