With the recent decline of malls across the United States, Sterling Heights is doing their part to make sure Lakeside Mall stays relevant by exploring new options for the 150 acre space. Sterling Heights officials will be taking a trip to Lakewood, Colorado to visit Villas at Belmar. They space used to be a mall.
