Tanfoglio 45 acp

This pistol is over twenty years old. This is the first issue we have had. I tore out the ejector spring and cleaned that all out. Spring seems fine. Extractor seems fine. I did find some metal shavings from something. Got it cleaned put back together and it seems fine.
