1960s Garage Bands of San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX had a thriving garage band teen rock scene in the 1960s. The Runaways, The Outcasts, The Chayns, and more than I can remember. Chris Reinarz of The Runaways lived right across the street from me in Castle Hills. So, I wanted to learn a little bit more about him and his garage band. They had a smash hit 45 record of their song, "18th Floor Girl." So, here are some songs from that era of teen rock bands of the 1960s scene in San Antonio, TX. The Outcasts evolved into a group called HOMER. Here is some of their 1972 Album, "Grown in the U.S.A."
