Dry Weather with Nothern Rain & Snow Expected

According to the National Weather Forecasting Center, dry weather is expected to prevail in most parts of the country today, with cold temperatures in the mountainous regions during the morning and evening hours. In Gilgit-Baltistan and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the sky may remain partially cloudy, with light to moderate rain in some areas and light snowfall on higher peaks. On Monday, cloudy weather and rain (with light snowfall in the mountains) are expected in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Murree, and Galyat. In the Pothohar region and northeastern Punjab, there may be rain with thunderstorms and gusty winds in some places. Other areas of the country are likely to remain dry, while most of Punjab's plains are expected to experience smog. Dense fog is also expected in some parts of Punjab, particularly during the morning and night hours.
