Non-Elected Liberal Socialists Holding Meetings With Pentagon Officials

Why are the socialist liberals interfering by holding secret meetings with Pentagon officials? Yes, they are technically still in charge, but shouldn't they include President Elect Trump in their discussions rather than Kamala saying that she wants an easy transition and then plots secret meetings? Doesn't sound like an easy transition, does it?
