Robert Vito, Spy Kid Star Arrested For Wife Beating

Robert Vito, an actor known for his role in Spy Kids 3D: Game Over and other TV shows in the early 2000s, was arrested on Friday on charges of felony domestic violence. According to law enforcement sources, officers responded to a call about a domestic incident at Vito's home in the Los Angeles area. The altercation reportedly started as a verbal argument between Vito and his girlfriend but escalated physically, with Vito allegedly pushing her into furniture and throwing his young son onto a couch before knocking him down.

When police arrived, they found visible injuries on the girlfriend but confirmed that the child was unharmed. Vito was arrested around 8 PM PT and booked into jail shortly after 9:30 PM PT. He was released early the next morning after posting a $50,000 bond.

Vito is remembered by fans for his role as Rez in Spy Kids 3D and has also appeared in shows like The Bernie Mac Show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Port Charles.
