Yet very few people ever learn what the law says regarding what is and what is NOT proper process. Cops, DAs, judges and special administrators rarely properly follow the law of due process. They will regularly violate statues, criminal procedure, court rules and notice requirements and leave it up to YOU to catch them at their game.
