Lionel CD V-726DX Geiger counter/radio prototype

My prototype of a Lionel prototype. I ran across https://www.orau.org/health-physics-museum/collection/civil-defense/prototypes/cdv-726dx.html and decided to try and make one . The radio used is a General Electric Eight Transistor model P780. I'm not quite done but I wanted to show what I have so far. For one thing , finding a meter that was the right size and would fit in the little space available was tricky. The only one I have is sticky but will do till I find another. Putting together a simple Geiger counter to fit was a challenge. Finally mounting a small GM tube and getting everything to work off of one switch and one 9V battery.
