Just From The Shed: 66 Hickory Motor Speedway, Part 1 - 2024

Over the last few summers, Janice and I have embraced the thrill of short track racing. In this journey, Joe White and Mike Compton welcomed me into their team during a race, turning a simple experience into something unforgettable, even if I sweated like a hog! I refrained from asking too many questions, grateful for their kindness to this old boy. This weekend, as we step into Hickory Motor Speedway for the first time, the rich history surrounding us is palpable. This is a short video capturing my inspiring experience.
