10 Min "Get Strong" Workout #6: Lunge, Back, Curl

Hello Team! We have another "Get Strong" style workout. Like all our videos it's 10 minutes long and this one focuses on resistance training and muscle development.

We have 3 rounds of Lunges, Back Extensions, and Bicep Curls each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second CORE finisher! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 2 dumbbells (5-15+ lbs).
