The three little pigs Ep 2 - The jobs not fvkd management IS - in this episode we discuss some of the strains on police frontlines and the impact of what could be seen as commercialisation of our police forces, being more of a corporate entity as opposed to a policing one. We all believe that policing needs to come back to its roots and be about the communities but one of the key issues appears to be the wrong people are climbing the ranks which indicates the direction these organisations are taking and the growing issues and stresses within the frontline.
Is this a problem?
We think so as policing seems to cause more of a rift between themselves and the general public as trust seems to falter which can lead to increased pressures and issues on the cold face of the job.
