Next I did side laterals on the Lifefitness machine. These have been a game changer with my pressing in terms of keeping my shoulders healthy. It’s really about a meso or 2 after adding these that my pressing started to return closer to pre-pec tear levels. My issue has never been force production, its stability with my little bones and thin connective tissue. I’ve always been a glass cannon. The more durable I am, the more I can EXPRESS my strength

Last, as a finisher I just did regular pushups. Even though I did heavy triples, without any down sets, I still had plenty of zing left in the pecs. I did multiple sets of 25+ at 1-2 RIR with minimal rest periods for expediency and training density then shut it down to catch a flight
