Webinar | Victory 2024: Donald Trump’s Mandate and What We Must Do Now to Defeat the CCP

According to exit polls, President Donald Trump’s stunning victory was due in no small measure to the belief of roughly three-quarters of voters that the United States was on “the wrong track.” While, as usual, domestic concerns about the economy were top of mind for many Trump voters, the Republican ticket’s strong indictment of the foreign, national and homeland security policies of the incumbent administration clearly resonated, as well.

That is most palpably true of the Biden-Harris policy of opening the border to millions of illegal aliens, including among them, tens of thousands of Chinese People’s Liberation Army personnel.

But the Trump-Vance team also campaigned on the dangers posed by, among other things, the CCP’s: predatory trade practices; fentanyl chemical warfare; COVID-19 biological warfare; alliance with and enabling of other adversaries like Russia and Iran; efforts to achieve world government with Chinese characteristics; and contributions to the threat of World War III.

The mandate President Trump received, including by winning the popular vote, extends to the task of effecting a course correction with respect to the U.S. policy concerning our mortal enemy, the Chinese Communist Party. The goal – as with the Reagan mandate of 1980 vis a vis the Soviet Communist Party and “the existential threat to freedom” posed by its regime – must be nothing less than the destruction of the CCP, which poses a far greater threat than the CPSU did in its prime.

This CPDC offers specific steps that the second Trump administration must take to advance this goal.
