Landscaping and weedkilling performed by many of the councils in Scotland (particularly North Lanarkshire), has got a horrific effect on the vegetation. As residents seem not to be very much affected on the esthetic side, a couple of arguments resulting from a bit of research that refer to possible major health and safety risks may be more relevant and taken into consideration.
