Biography
Felicia Y. Carter has been working with the Department of Corrections for the past 15 years. In her early years, Felicia became active in her community by working in outreach when she completed her SART and Crisis Intervention Certification through the Sure Helpline. In 2013, Felicia became a licensed Evangelist and later became a licensed Minister of the Gospel in 2018. In 2018, Felicia became an Independent Consultant for Paparazzi $5 jewelry, naming her business Making Bling Happen, and is now at the Director level. Also, in 2018, Felicia studied to become a Certified Life Coach receiving additional certifications within the following specialties: Group Life Coach, Sports Life Coach, Relationship Life Coach, Child Development Life Coach, Manifestation Coach, Vision Board Workshop Facilitator, and Manifestation Inserter. Making Life Happen Life Coach Felicia Carter was established in 2019. One of Felicia’s life-long dreams has been to coach and develop individuals. Her career has now blossomed which allows the extension of her reach throughout the community to help others reach their God-given potential. In 2020, Felicia held the position of Board Member for the Imperial Valley LGBTQ. In 2021, Felicia wrote and published her first book 31 Days to a Better Relationship and a couple building game book to go along with the relationship book, as well as a coloring book for women. In 2024, Felicia graduated with her Bachelors in Management, created three courses named Level UP! for kids and teens, and opened a new business The Yoni Wellness Spot in El Centro, CA.

Throughout her life, Felicia has had the opportunity to mentor, coach, and inspire people across the United States. She has a love and desire for helping everyone she comes across. The one thing Felicia will always be known for is her smile, encouraging kind words, and always praying for everyone. Felicia loves spending time with family and friends, playing with her grandkids, traveling, cooking, having BBQs, baking, watching Christmas movies, and watching football.
