Bicyclist killed in hit-and-run accident on Indy's west side

Rumble — A bicyclist was killed in a hit-and-run accident on Indianapolis' west side Wednesday evening.  Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the scene near West Washington Street and Bellview Place around 10 p.m.
