7 Nov 2024: Zelensky speaks on sequestered Russian funds at EPC meeting in Budapest

Zelensky speaks of his frustration about the Russian funds which have been sequestered by Western institutions over the aggression of his country by Putin.

Some 250 billion Euros were left by the Moscovite thief in Euroclear [1] at the time he started his unprovoked invasion on 24 February 2022. This money is in accounts for the Russian Central Bank, and others besides [1].

Here, Zelensky questions why the funds have not yet been transferred to the possession of Ukraine, as the aggrieved party in the conflict. The interview occurred on day 988 of the war.
