Sneak peek: See Tempe's new splash pad, "The Cloud" - ABC15 Things To Do

The City of Tempe's Kiwanis Park has a new splash pad -- "The Cloud." The 5,000-square-foot water feature has a variety of sprayers and misters, sound effects and a shaded canopy.
