Person Jumps in Front of Car and Gets Arrested

Info from Licensor: "At approximately 1:08 AM I was working driving around for Uber. I was in South Brooklyn driving Southbound on the service lane on Ocean Parkway between Avenue X and Avenue Y. I was just driving around waiting for my Uber phone to ring when suddenly I was blocked by the individual. I was in shocked at what was occurring and didn't know what to make of the situation. His eyes and face were that of a person possessed. I tried to go around him, but he continued blocking me, I immediately called the cops. I started reversing and he kept following me. The video pretty much explains it all."
