Warrant issued for 20-year-old man wanted in connection with deadly hit-and-run of bicyclist

A warrant has been issued for the 20-year-old man wanted in connection with a deadly hit-and-run last week.  The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has issued a warrant for Omar Lopez for leaving the scene of an accident causing death to a person.
