Noblesville Schools to have upgraded safety measures next year, including an officer in every school

Noblesville Schools will be making a number of safety enhancements starting next year - including a trained police officer in every school in the district. The school board says the improvements were already in the works prior to the May 25 shooting at Noblesville West Middle School that left student Ella Whistler, 13, and teacher Jason Seaman, 29, critically injured.
