Official Publication of the Holy Apostolic See of Rome (in exile), by His Holiness Pope Jacobus I, condemning the heretical propositions of blatant disregard, on part of various IPSO FACTO (and declared by the true Holy See) excommunicated heretics, of the only valid 1917 AD Code of Canon Law, and its infallible constraints regarding the valid and legitimately held clerical offices in the Roman Catholic Church, including the only valid and true Papacy, and the Magisterial judgment and doctrine of the Holy Apostolic See on the matter of valid and true Papal Supreme Teaching Authority, granted by God to none other but the true Sovereign Pontiff, in exclusion of all heretics and the Novus Ordo semi-Protestant apostate sectarians ever to be able as such to obtain it, through their always invalid and null “conclaves”.

This Our Decree, given by Our Magisterial Apostolic Authority on matters of Catholic Faith and Morals, regarding the only authoritative constraints of the valid and invalid Papacy, is thus binding in conscience all those who sincerely strive to be, or to become, true Catholics, nullifying thus any insufficient, grossly incompetent and the proper Papal Authority lacking opinions to the contrary, of the heretics, by which fabricated and thus deceptive and misleading path to their eternal perdition in Hell they are recognized as enemies of the Truth and trusted servants of the devil, We do condemn thus any contrary propositions in this canonical and doctrinal matter, under the pain of excommunication, pursuant Canon 2314 etc.
