Morning Catch

One of our local Fishers here on Honokowai Beach. I am so captivated watching them. They're kind and generous to the many visitors here. I was fortunate enough to have been given a lesson last year; catching small bait with a tiny hook then, a quick capture in my hat. I feel sad for the octopus, used as bait. I always keep in mind, The Hawaiian people are the purest of conservatonist with the highest regard for all life.
