Man arrested for burning clothes of tenant over missing pills

A woman renting a room from a man on Hunter Boulevard in Golden Gate claims that her landlord - who was apparently upset that his pills were missing - sent her a video of him burning a pile of her clothes. Rajheem Monroe, 45, was later arrested on charges of criminal mischief.
