Gravity Power Generator

This is a demonstration of my design for a gravity power generator, which harnesses the energy stored in ocean waves by the moon, sun, and other celestial bodies. Please help me deliver this to Elon Musk, so the technology demonstrated in this video can help power SpaceX rockets to refuel and launch from a platform at sea.
