Moments After Shooting Her Husband

On December 30th, 2022, officers responded to a report of a male with a gunshot wound to his leg. They were informed that his wife had shot him and fled the scene. The victim told the officer that as he was coming out of the bathroom, his wife pointed a gun at his face and then shot him in the leg. The officer then helped the man walk to the ambulance. Officers found the gun exactly where the witness said he thought she had thrown it. Here’s what the victim told the police. Later, the police caught the woman during a traffic stop and asked her to surrender. She was charged with attempted murder and assault.
