Can You Absorb Plant Sterols (Ecdysterone, Turkesterone) Through Your Skin?!

Fun little experiment. Yes, I definitely "felt it". The feeling was very familiar. It seemed to hit very quickly and dissipate just as fast. So, plenty was getting through - a lot at once, then it was over. This could be slowed down with a "troche" or a makeshift one using tegaderm or a similar bandage. If not for the mess & inconvenience, I'd be down to use this version. I actually will likely use it pre-workout/pre-photos because of how quickly it set in! Thanks again, Mr. Johansen!
