Ginger is one of my absolute favorite anti-inflammatory foods that you can incorporate into your diet, especially if you are having knee pain knee discomfort because it lowers that inflammation so well.

I always like to say that food is medicine and that is no different than with ginger.

It actually works in the same exact pathway that medications such as ibuprofen avail ale work and so it lowers that inflammation while lowering pain.

But the positive with ginger is it not only works there, but it works even farther upstream in the inflammatory cascade to lower that inflammation at multiple points, giving you a better overall anti-inflammatory effect.

Now when it comes to Milk Thistle it can be one of the most powerful when it comes to helping our liver do its best job which is detoxification.

Milk Thistle helps to improve the detoxification that our liver does on a normal basis, so it is improving those processes that the liver does, thus helping liver function.
