Christian Talk Story is a show where we share the goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ in our lives. The founding Scripture verse: "We will not hide them from their children, telling the generation to come the praises of the Lord, And His strength and His wonderful works that He has done." (Ps 78:4)

Patrick remembers his father reading the Bible to him at 4 years old. Meeting Jesus, he became a new person in Christ. He teaches a Bible study at Roselani Place, Kahului every Monday 12:30 pm and Wednesday at 2 pm alongside music ministry leader, Elsie Kimura, an outreach of Kahului Union Church (Kamehameha Ave., Kahului.) Everyone invited to attend KUC's Sunday church services at 9 am; Bible Study at 10:30 am.

Discussion on Soteriology: A Calvinistic approach was expressed on the show. John Calvin was a lawyer in the 1500s who formed his model of salvation based on the theme of justice and punishment. Here's the Christos Victor model, which was the dominant view of atonement for the first 1000 years: Jesus conquered sin, death and the devil on the Cross and was victorious. God reconciled man to Himself through the Cross, and we are forgiven, transformed, and restored. The focus is not on God satisfying His justice and wrath, but on our reconciliation to Him.
