Let’s Rock 'n Roll! Grandma never made pudding like this! A Chocolate dessert that is simply devine.

A light and fluffy, creamy and chocolaty, melt in your mouth, put a smile on your face, dessert. I'm not sure why it's called a Pudding, it doesn't seem like a pudding to me, but no matter, it is delicious. Let me know if you like it as much as we do!

Rock ‘n Roll Pudding
Chocolate Sauce
12 oz. Semisweet Chocolate chips
3 oz bitter (unsweetened) Chocolate
4 egg yolks
2 Tbls sugar
¾ cup boiling water

Whipped Cream & Marshmallow Filling
4 egg whites
4 Tbls Sugar
1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
3 Cups mini Marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts

12 oz Vanilla Wafers (I used regular and mini)
