I have a solution for the illegal undocumented immigrants. Give Democrats a deadline of a few months for Democrat U.S. citizens to legally adopt the ones they want to keep. After the deadline, any illegal undocumented immigrant that isn't adopted legally by a U.S. citizen is an enemy combatant who must be arrested and deported (or executed if they resist or evade arrest).
I heard a story once that there was an adoption involving Julius Caesar where one man adopted another man who was actually older than himself.
