The Israelis don't see the Palestinians as human. They see them as sub-human. Of course they see you and me as non-human also. Once you study zionism, you'll realize it is true. They view non-jews as goyim, and goyim as non-humans, they're sub-humans, and therefore the jews are exempt from any kind of moral restraints on how they treat them.
