I also use Oregon Grape. There's another name for it I can't remember now, (ahh, grapeseed oil). Not with the baking soda, but when I'm in a rush, and I was using it before I started buying the baking soda, so that's what I also use.

Make sure the baking soda has little to no aluminium in it because most baking soda does.

I buy Bob's Red Mill brand.
