FEMA IS BANKRUPTING HOMEOWNERS

We talk about the FEMA 50% rule because it's an absolute scam, land grab, bureaucratic B.S. Homeowners are getting screwed and going bankrupt because of this silly rule and we have to discuss it.

I visited Manasota Key today and DAMN this damage is HORRIBLE. These homes will never rebuild, guraranteed... mostly because of the FEMA 50% rule.

It's quite simple... if the repairs cost more than 50% of the value of your home, you have to bring it up to code. And with these beachfront homes, that means RAISING IT ABOVE base flood elevation. Crazy.
