Critique of Meditation Videos

My views on meditation. I have 4 years of meditation experience. I have listened to many kinds of music, especially meditation music, and I found it to be less effective than formal practice. I have not seen other meditators criticize the use of music, however, each time I try meditation with music, I just do not find it effective.
