When I was in my high school weightlifting class I thought that without the weights there was no good way to train my legs. A couple of years later I stumbled on progressive calisthenics and other minimalist training modalities. It is entirely possible that one could stay busy for most of their lives with some of these training approaches. The greater the creativity the greater the growth.
