Workout Wednesday: Interval Session and Dance Party

Time for this weeks run. This was an interval session. 1 mile at a 9:00min pace, followed by 5 minutes of rest and recovery (which I turned into a dance party, cause I don't know how to rest apparently). Repeat that 5x. This was a hard one, but a goodie.
